About Layla

Multi-Award Winning PMU Artist & Trainer

With over 18 years industry experience, 15 years teaching experience and 8 years tattooing, Layla has run a successful clinic & training academy for many years. Layla is also the creator of the first online platform for permanent makeup artists - The PMU Circle. Combining educational content with a community feel & continued support, The PMU Circle is aimed at artists of all levels.

Both Layla and Claire came together to create HQ Training & Supplies Ltd. With a shared passion to raise industry standards and deliver in-depth, thorough training, the two of them teach from the heart, ensuring you leave the academy feeling confident to start your case studies.

Layla has a strong belief in furthering education and never becoming complacent, She has trained with many artists worldwide and thoroughly enjoys passing on her knowledge with other artists.

About Claire

PMU Artist, Trainer & Assessor

Claire has been in the beauty industry since 2006, starting out with a keen interest in the nail sector, she soon fell in love with the beauty industry as a whole and later introduced other treatments such as Permanent Makeup, Skincare, Eyelashes and Eyebrow treatments. Being a busy mother, and business woman alongside her passion for Horses she quickly found her calling within the PMU sector. Not only did she love that she could save time with her own makeup regime in the mornings but also, come wind rain or shine with the horses she didn’t have to worry!

Claire has been able to train and continue to work alongside one of the best and well respected Award Winning artists in the Permanent Makeup industry, Layla Hinchen.

Claires shared passion for quality lead to the creation of a joint venture between the duo and HQ Training & Supplies Ltd was established. Claire is an experienced and fully qualified teacher to assessors level, she continues to offer treatments on a daily basis alongside HQ training.
